Timmy Twinkles, our festive elf, visits us every year.
This is what he got up to Christmas 2015.
On the 1st December, we found him with the boys advent calendar, with two chocolates in each pocket, ready for them to start counting the days.
On the 2nd, he was tangled up in the Christmas tree lights.
On the 3rd, he was being Spider-Man.
On the 4th, he'd built a toilet roll snowman.
On the 5th, he had a crafty gift for the boys.
On the 6th, we found him with Saint Nic and our shoes full of goodies.
On the 7th, that sneaky elf was difficult to find, but eventually we found him in disguise as a creeper in the tree.
On the 8th he had gift-wrapped the family photos.
On the 12th he had another craft project for the boys.
On the 13th he had lovingly made festive playdough.
On the 14th, poor Timmy had been caught in a web...
On the 21st, he had some scratch art fun for the boys.
On the 22nd he had hidden 20 festive chocolates around the living room for the boys to find.
So that's 2015 wrapped up. I didn't manage to set it up every day as I was very pregnant and the boys seemed to have lost some of their festive magic. Still, this year we have someone new to introduce the magic of Christmas to and hopefully it'll rub off on the bigger boys once again.
